Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – NICU in Charleston, SC. This assignment consists of 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, totaling 36 hours, with a weekly pay of $2,750.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – NICU:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and developmental progress of neonatal patients
Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments as prescribed
Operate and monitor advanced neonatal equipment, including ventilators, incubators, and cardiac monitors
Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate and support parents and families throughout their infant’s hospitalization and care journey
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility standards
Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
Active South Carolina RN License or Compact RN License
Current BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
PALS certification preferred if required by facility
Experience caring for high-acuity neonatal patients in a Level III or Level IV NICU preferred
Strong critical-thinking, communication, and assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly specialized clinical environment
