Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – Psychiatric in Concord, MA. This assignment consists of 8-hour evening shifts, five days per week, totaling 40 hours, with a weekly pay of $2,975.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Psychiatric:

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with acute and chronic mental health conditions

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and monitor patient progress

Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects

Implement individualized treatment and care plans

Support crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed

Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN license

Minimum 1–2 years of recent psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience

Current BLS certification (CPI or similar crisis intervention certification preferred)

Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills

Ability to work effectively during evening shifts in a behavioral health setting
