• Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ED)
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: March 23, 2026
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (travel nurse contract)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1780 – $1910
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (On-Site)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Dress Code: Scrubs (no hooded shirts or sweatshirts)

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NH or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (all required for ER nurse jobs)
• Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient assessment abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality patient care
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Sunrise/Allscripts preferred)

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients with acute and complex conditions, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and psychiatric emergencies
• Perform and assist with emergency procedures: trauma care, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma, ultrasound-guided IV and IO insertion, eye exams, EKGs, and cardiopulmonary interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including RNs, ED Techs, and providers
• Operate advanced medical equipment (Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, Pyxis)
• Initiate patient workups and order labs, imaging, and medications per department protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and prioritize patient safety in a fast-paced emergency department
• Demonstrate flexibility in patient ratios during acute surges (typically 4:1)
