Location: Concord, MA 01742 (Greater Boston area – Massachusetts nursing jobs)
Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – ICU RN contract
Start Date: January 26, 2026
End Date: April 25, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other holiday, every third weekend
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1960 - $2100
On-Site Position

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license (required for Massachusetts travel nursing jobs)
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
Strong clinical skills in critical care and patient assessment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

ICU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide support and education to patients and their families
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
