• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Hours per Week: 40
• Assignment Type: Temp-to-perm (ideal for nurses seeking permanent healthcare jobs in Plainsboro)
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• Contract Duration: 14 weeks with potential for permanent hire
• Pay Rate: $58.59 per hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1570–$1650

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license (required for all nursing jobs in NJ)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; triage or ambulatory care experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Completion of PennChart and HIPAA training required
• Must attend a Teams interview and complete a 1-hour in-person shadow with triage nurses

RN Responsibilities – Metabolic Medicine & Endocrinology

• Deliver patient education primarily via phone and occasionally in-person (e.g., glucose meter training, Ozempic injection instruction)
• Manage prior authorizations, prescription refills, and lab order placements
• Accurately document patient interactions in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Support patients with metabolic, thyroid, diabetes, and endocrinology needs
• Participate in compliance and ongoing training activities
