Job Details
- Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
- Shift: 16-hour nights with primary days, evening, nights, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage
- Unit: 2 Coronary Suites & 1 Electrophysiology (EP) Suite
- Patient Ratio: 1:3-4
- Equipment: Philips Allura, Axurion, Phillips Xper
- EMR: EPIC
Required Qualifications – Cath Lab / Cardiovascular Tech
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or vascular/interventional setting
- ACLS certification required
- Strong Cath Lab procedural skills; EP training preferred (Electrophysiology experience a plus)
- Team player, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced cardiac care environment
- Must wear hospital-issued scrubs
- EKG test required upon submission
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and electrophysiology studies as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced Cath Lab equipment (Philips Allura, Axurion, Phillips Xper)
- Provide direct patient care for cardiac patients and support interventional cardiology teams
- Participate in evening, night, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in EPIC EMR
