• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 (competitive travel nurse pay)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (travel assignment)
• Start Date: April 20, 2026
• End Date: July 20, 2026
• Shift: Full-time, 36 hours/week
• Schedule: Mon–Thu, four 9-hour shifts (6:45 am – 4:15 pm) plus on-call
• Setting: Operating Room — circulating & scrub roles (perioperative setting)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience in a hospital OR (5 years preferred)
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience required — orthopedic OR nurse, joint replacement, trauma cases
• Active RN license (state license or compact RN license as required by assignment)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory)
• Experience functioning as both circulating nurse and scrub tech/nurse in the OR
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• CNOR (certified perioperative nurse) preferred but not required

Responsibilities — Operating Room Registered Nurse

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, including circulating and scrub duties
• Assist with orthopedic surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital protocols
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage and shift flexibility as needed
