• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,520 – $1,640
• Location: Davie, FL 33328 (Broward County, South Florida)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 10, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) — Night Shift CT Technologist role
• Hours per Week: 36
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital and Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) — emergency imaging and inpatient CT workload
• Equipment: GE CT scanners (Computed Tomography)
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Dress Code: Black scrubs

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Valid CT and X-ray license (state-specific licensure required; Florida licensure preferred)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Comfortable working independently as the sole technologist on night shifts
• Ability to perform both CT and X-ray exams across a variety of indications (stroke, PE, trauma, abdominal, neuro, spine, extremities)
• Experience with GE CT scanners and Meditech documentation preferred
• Adaptable to a fast-paced hospital and emergency imaging environment; strong communication and patient-care skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray exams, including head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, PE protocols, stroke imaging, spine, and extremities
• Operate GE CT scanners and follow hospital imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
• Document procedures, reports, and patient information accurately in Meditech
• Provide compassionate patient care, clear communication, and good bedside manner during imaging procedures
• Work independently as the on-site night technologist, covering both main hospital and FSED imaging needs as required
• Collaborate with ED physicians, radiologists, and nursing staff to prioritize urgent and emergent imaging requests
