• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:15 PM – 7:15 AM), includes weekends and rotating holidays
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (Massachusetts RN or RN Compact License accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required (Critical Care Nurse / ICU RN)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating holidays (night shift experience preferred)
• Successful completion of facility-specific onboarding, skills checklist, and orientation
• Compliance with required health screenings, immunizations, and background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU (critical care nursing duties)
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, vital signs, and clinical changes
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff; follow infection control and patient safety protocols
