Travel PACU Registered Nurse (RN) – 13-week travel contract in Bentonville, AR. Seeking an experienced PACU RN with ACLS/PALS to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care as part of a collaborative surgical team in Northwest Arkansas.

• Duration: 13 weeks (5/4/2026 – 8/3/2026)
• Shift: 10-hour days (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM) + call (approx. 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,620 – $1,710 (competitive travel RN pay)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (must meet state requirements for Arkansas travel nursing)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of PACU or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit experience
• Permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility (travel assignment eligibility)
• All required certifications and documentation must be submitted with your application

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality post-anesthesia and post-operative nursing care to adult and pediatric surgical patients
• Monitor and assess vital signs, recovery status, and airway/breathing; intervene promptly for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments per anesthesia and surgical team orders
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe patient handoffs and continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, pain management, and discharge instructions
• Participate in on-call rotation and follow established PACU protocols and documentation standards
