• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse
• Start Date: 05/11/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12-hour shifts per week) — Night Shift RN
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 – $1,730

Job Requirements — Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state requirements apply)
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside clinical experience
• LTAC or critical care experience preferred (LTAC RN, critical care RN, ICU experience)
• Experience with interdisciplinary care, patient rehabilitation, and discharge planning preferred

Responsibilities — LTAC RN / Night Shift Nursing Duties

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate
• Accurately and timely document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and initiate discharge planning from day of admission
• Communicate changes in patient status to the care team to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital policies and best practices
• Contribute positively to team building and a supportive work environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education relevant to LTAC and critical care nursing
