Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Position Type: Travel Home Health RN / Travel Registered Nurse
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Duration: 18 weeks (March 30, 2026 – July 31, 2026)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST)
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• On Call/Weekend Requirement: None
• Coverage Area / Location: Richmond, KY (40475) — Boyle, Garrard, and Madison Counties
• Dress Code: Gray, Black, Blue scrubs or business casual
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits

Job Requirements

• Active RN License (Registered Nurse, RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in homecare or a related setting (Home Health RN experience preferred)
• Experience with HCHB/Pointcare software preferred (home health documentation experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct start of care assessments, evaluations, recertifications, and discharges for home health patients
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes as a Home Health RN
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using HCHB/Pointcare
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Travel between patient homes within Boyle, Garrard, and Madison Counties (local driving)
