• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 05/11/2026 – End: 08/10/2026)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,360 – $2,480
• Shift: 12 Hour Rotating; 12-hour day or night shifts (rotating), 36 hours per week (72 hours every two weeks)
• Unit: 9-bed Intensive Care Unit / Coronary Care Unit (ICU/CCU)
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site — Travel nursing assignment, critical care RN role

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (must meet travel nurse credentialing requirements)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required — critical care RN experience preferred
• PALS certification required
• Pediatric experience required (for occasional stable pediatric cases)
• BLS and ACLS certifications strongly preferred
• Ability to float to other departments as needed (without taking a full patient assignment)

Responsibilities (ICU / Critical Care RN)

• Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients (typically 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio; med/surg overflow up to 3–4 patients per nurse)
• Care for stable pediatric patients as needed; unstable pediatric patients are transferred to higher-level care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team — minimum of three nurses per shift to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• May be assigned charge nurse duties (additional compensation applies)
• Float to other departments to assist as needed (without full patient assignments)
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical best practices
