Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST) experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred — ED/Med-Surg experience valued
- Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
- Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department Holds unit
- Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses as needed to support ED operations and patient flow
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, allied health, and support staff) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Cerner EMR system
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, infection control, and safety protocols
- Demonstrate flexibility, clinical judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced emergency care environment
