Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST) experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred — ED/Med-Surg experience valued
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department Holds unit
• Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses as needed to support ED operations and patient flow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, allied health, and support staff) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Cerner EMR system
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, infection control, and safety protocols
• Demonstrate flexibility, clinical judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced emergency care environment
