Who We’re Seeking

We are looking for an experienced Emergency Department Nurse / ER RN with strong triage and acute care skills who is comfortable working fast-paced, high-acuity cases. Ideal candidates will have New Jersey RN licensure and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in emergency, acute care, or a relevant clinical setting
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills; experience with emergency protocols and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department / ER
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical and trauma conditions
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and critical situations
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
