• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520 – $2,650
• Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) / Perioperative RN
• Location: Harrison Township, NJ (08062) — New Jersey nursing job
• Setting: Operating Room (OR) / Perioperative department
• Start Date: June 22, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• On-Call: One weekend on call per month (24 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday)
• Scrubs: Provided by hospital

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with both scrub and circulate duties
• 3+ years of experience with Orthopedic Spine, Robotics, and Trauma surgical cases
• Experience with EPIC EMR required for documentation
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of New Jersey (NJ RN license)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• National perioperative certification preferred (e.g., CNOR) or specialty certification

Primary Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in a variety of complex surgical procedures, including orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique, perioperative safety protocols, and OR policies
• Accurately document all patient care activities and intraoperative events in EPIC EMR
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and respond promptly as required
• Complete required orientation modules, competency check-offs, and in-person trainings as scheduled
