• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,270 - $2,390 (competitive pay for local contract Home Health RN)
• Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA — serving Bucks County and Philadelphia suburbs (Bucks County nursing jobs, Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Employment Type: Local Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (8-hour days, 5 shifts per week)
• Patient Load: 3–6 patients per day (varies by case and coverage territory)
• Start Date: July 1, 2026

Home Health RN Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of home health RN experience (home health nursing, in-home skilled nursing)
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation required (OASIS documentation experience)
• EPIC electronic medical record (EPIC EMR) experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality in-home nursing care as a Homecare Registered Nurse (RN)
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized home care plans
• Document patient care accurately using OASIS and EPIC systems (clinical documentation, OASIS)
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians
• Manage a daily caseload of 3–6 patients, adjusting based on case openings and coverage needs
