Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent home health nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 5-6 home health patients in a high-volume setting
• Perform RN case management duties in a high-volume home health environment
• Complete OASIS-related documentation and other required charting accurately and on time
• Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant documentation in a high-volume home health environment
• Manage caseload priorities while completing high-volume documentation accurately and on time
