• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1570-$1650

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Prior triage, ambulatory, outpatient, or specialty practice nursing experience preferred
• Experience with patient education related to chronic disease management strongly preferred
• EPIC EMR experience is required
• Active Registered Nurse license in the appropriate state of practice
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients managing endocrine, metabolic, diabetes, and thyroid conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage support and patient guidance in a specialty practice environment
• Deliver patient education related to glucose meters, injectable medications, and disease management
• Assist with medication refill requests, lab orders, and prior authorization follow-up
• Support patients with questions related to diabetes, thyroid, metabolic, and endocrine care plans
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure timely, coordinated patient care
• Participate in onboarding, training, and workflow processes as needed
