• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130-$2,250
• Location: Camden, New Jersey 08103
• Setting: Outpatient nursing role with floating to like units as needed
• Start Date: 7/28/2026
• Contract Length: 9 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every weekend - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• On-Site Position: Yes

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma or comparable high-acuity medical-surgical setting
• Current and active New Jersey RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to float to all like units as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinical environment
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care plans
• Respond effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
• Float to like units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuity of care through clear communication and thorough handoff practices
