Job Requirements
- Active RN license required
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced Med/Surg nursing environment
- Willingness to complete onboarding, credentialing, and compliance documentation
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions, complete assessments, and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality, safety, and infection control standards
- Support a positive patient experience through attentive, professional bedside care
