Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Experience supporting orthopedic and post-surgical patient populations is a plus
• Flexibility to work night shift schedules and maintain reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical/surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Monitor for changes in condition and respond promptly to patient needs
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Document care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical quality
