- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month and one weekday every other week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120-$2,230
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required; home health RN experience strongly preferred
- Current RN license in good standing
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- Professional certification required for the role
- Experience with OASIS assessments preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas in the Fort Smith, AR region
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home health setting
- Complete field nursing visits and comprehensive OASIS assessments
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support quality patient outcomes
- Manage scheduled patient visits across Fort Smith and surrounding coverage areas
- Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
- Participate in rotating weekend and weekday coverage as assigned
