• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week with a 32-hour weekly minimum guarantee
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• On-Call Requirement: One weekend every 1-2 months, based on need
• Additional Details: Mileage reimbursement between patient visits

Job Requirements

• Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health RN experience strongly preferred
• Home health, OASIS, and HCHB experience are highly valued
• Associate degree required
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to schedule flexibility, weekend rotation, and occasional holiday coverage

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, implement, and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and interdisciplinary care team
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including OASIS documentation and medication reconciliation
• Provide direct skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care and infection control standards
• Supervise home health aides and LPN/LVNs as appropriate and complete supervisory visits
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with policy and payer requirements
• Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, schedulers, and other agency staff
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and efforts to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations
• Participate in case conferences, training, survey readiness, and team collaboration
• Assist with orientation and precepting of new staff and students when needed
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive patient-centered approach
