Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of pediatric RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility for a travel nursing assignment
• BLS and PALS certification required
• APHON certification required for oncology-related care
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a pediatric care environment
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based inpatient setting
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments in PICU and NICU when needed
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for pediatric and oncology patients in an inpatient setting
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, respiratory therapy, and patient care support staff
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and unit protocols
• Document accurately and efficiently in the Cerner EMR system
• Support safe patient outcomes while working within established patient ratios
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-centered healthcare environment
