- Shift: 12-hour nights, 3 shifts per week, Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

- On-Call: Required as needed
- Floating: May float to all ORs
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
Operating Room RN Job Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license or Compact RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
- Proficiency in one or more of the following surgical specialties: ENT, neurosurgery, or surgical oncology
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in on-call coverage as needed
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical setting
- Prior Level I trauma experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process
- Assist with surgical cases including ENT, neurosurgical, and oncology procedures
- Prepare the operating room, maintain sterile technique, and support seamless case flow
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures in accordance with OR standards
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Adapt to floating assignments across OR areas as needed
- Respond to on-call needs and support coverage when scheduled
