• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,890 - $1,990

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1+ year of nursing experience required
• Labor & Delivery nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current certifications and clinical competencies appropriate for L&D nursing
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced obstetric setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work the scheduled night shift consistently

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist physicians, OB providers, and care teams with deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Educate patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote safe, efficient, high-quality care
• Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during high-acuity situations
