Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Strong clinical knowledge of maternal, fetal, and newborn care
- Ability to thrive in a night-shift, high-acuity women’s health environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Labor & Delivery nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and perinatal patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Assist with labor support, delivery preparation, and patient education throughout the birth experience
- Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safe, efficient patient flow in the OB setting
