• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Work Environment: Float pool position with flexibility to support different departments as needed

Job Requirements

• Current Arizona RN license
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience
• Experience in Med/Surg or telemetry care preferred
• Cerner experience required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to float between departments as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, skilled nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry changes
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Communicate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Support patient safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes
• Maintain clinical competencies and follow facility policies and procedures
• Delegate and supervise care appropriately based on staff skill level and patient needs
• Adapt to a float pool environment and provide dependable clinical support across units
