Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
• Active RN license in Iowa or eligibility to obtain licensure as required
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient and acute care environment
• Dependable, team-oriented approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in an inpatient hospital setting
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient recovery
• Document care accurately and maintain a safe, organized unit environment
