- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
- Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown Nursing

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Late August to mid-September 2026
- Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; first to float to a lesser acuity unit as needed
- Location: Liberty, MO 64068
Job Requirements
- Active Missouri RN license or Compact RN license
- At least 1 year of Progressive Care Unit RN experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with high-acuity drips preferred
- Arterial line and BiPAP/Airvo experience preferred
- New graduates will not be considered
- Ability to complete a structured orientation and meet credentialing deadlines
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients with varying acuity levels
- Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer and manage IV drips and other advanced therapies as assigned
- Support respiratory needs, including patients requiring BiPAP or Airvo
- Interpret and respond to telemetry and clinical data within the scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Float to a lesser acuity unit when needed and contribute to team coverage
- Work major holidays per unit needs, with scheduling flexibility when possible
