Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or Multi-State Compact RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Stroke and telemetry certification required
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care, med-surg, telemetry, or clinical specialty setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, patient-focused healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans under physician direction
• Monitor telemetry patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care team members to support quality outcomes
• Direct nursing support staff in accordance with nursing standards and departmental policies
• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate bedside care in a fast-paced float pool setting
• Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize care, maintain patient safety, and support positive patient outcomes
