• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• End Date: November 22, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call coverage and weekend rotation; at least 1 weekend per month
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,760 - $1,850
• Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active West Virginia RN license required
• At least 1 year of registered nursing experience required
• Home health experience required
• Experience with HCHB and OASIS strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively in an on-call setting
• Current RN credential and a commitment to safe, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for well, chronic, and acutely ill individuals
• Coordinate with physicians, care teams, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
• Monitor medications, complete documentation, and support safe medication administration practices
• Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual nursing documentation as required
• Maintain accurate nurse’s notes and ensure timely reporting when a patient’s condition changes
• Coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and communication with inpatient nursing and discharge teams
• Support and supervise LPN/LVN staff and train unlicensed staff on person-specific health and safety needs
• Help maintain equipment, furnishings, and supplies in accordance with infection control standards
