- Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2245-0715, no call

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700 - $2,840

- Facility Highlights: 15 operating rooms, averaging 25-45 cases per day

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- Minimum of 3 years of operating room nursing experience in an acute care or hospital OR setting
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to scrub as required in the perioperative environment
- Experience supporting a wide range of surgical specialties, including general surgery, GYN, urology, plastics, robotics, neuro, ortho, spine, EENT, and cardiothoracic procedures
- Must be able to provide the last four digits of SSN, middle initial, and any requested time off for submission
- Must be willing to complete a negative drug screen as part of a drug-free campus requirement
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
- Collaborate with charge nurses, surgical techs, and clinical support staff to maintain efficient room flow
- Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for procedures while maintaining strict safety and infection-control standards
- Document patient care accurately in Epic and support smooth handoffs throughout the surgical experience
- Adapt to a high-volume caseload while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
