Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort caring for post-op and medical-surgical patients
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Preferred: Burn care experience
• Preferred: Wound care and ostomy care experience
• Preferred: ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients on a busy acute care unit
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Perform wound care and dressing changes for post-op burn and flap patients
• Support safe, efficient patient flow and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Utilize unit equipment and EMR systems effectively, including Meditech
• Deliver compassionate patient care while contributing to a positive, team-oriented unit culture
