Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- 3+ years of CVOR experience
- Robotic surgery experience required
- Verifiable education background
- Ability to participate in rotational call coverage
- Strong teamwork, communication, and perioperative nursing skills
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing support in cardiovascular operating room cases
- Assist the heart team with complex cardiac and surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain a safe, efficient operating room environment
- Support sterile technique, patient safety, and surgical workflow
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff
- Respond to scheduled call needs as assigned
