• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
• EMR: Cerner
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• 1+ year of NICU nursing experience required
• 2+ years of Level III or higher NICU experience preferred
• NRP certification required
• Stable and NIC-RNC preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to float to Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only) as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Cerner
• Support safe, family-centered care in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care environment
• Follow unit policies, maintain professional standards, and contribute to a positive team culture
