Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Broad surgical knowledge across general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Ability to work a variable schedule with call responsibilities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced perioperative and surgical setting
• Experience with Cerner preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the operating room and support safe, efficient surgical workflow
• Assist with a wide range of surgical service lines and variable procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to maintain patient safety and quality outcomes
• Adapt to changing case needs and support coverage across departments when needed
• Follow unit policies, documentation standards, and clinical best practices, including use of Cerner
