Job Requirements

• 1+ year of Emergency Room RN experience required
• Current New Mexico RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• Cerner experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• Two professional references required
• No locals accepted within the required radius
• Must be comfortable floating within the hospital or to an affiliate facility if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups
• Perform rapid assessments, stabilize patients, and support timely treatment interventions
• Monitor and care for patients requiring advanced emergency services, including telemetry and conscious sedation support
• Work collaboratively with respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Use emergency equipment and specialty resources safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic charting system
• Adapt to changing patient needs while delivering compassionate, efficient care
