• Float: Not required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Epic experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• PALS or ENPC required
• TNCC required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring in a busy Level I Trauma Center
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely treatment
• Administer medications and document patient care accurately using Epic
• Respond effectively to trauma, medical emergency, and rapid-change situations
• Maintain professionalism while working rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
