Join a fast-paced cardiac care team in Rochester, New York, as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse on a 17-week travel RN assignment. • Setting: Cardiovascular catheterization lab with pre/post-procedure and PACU recovery support

Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience required
• Recent CVICU, cardiac care, or PACU experience required
• Cath lab experience preferred
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred/required for consideration
• Ability to work night shifts and occasional weekends
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for pre- and post-procedure cath lab patients
• Support procedural workflows in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Assist with recovery care in PACU and other acute care situations
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality nursing care
• Care for patients with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary, and structural heart conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
