• Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN)

• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care emergency department hospital experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• ENPC certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills
• Preferred: experience in a high-volume ED and familiarity with Meditech

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to emergency department patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond effectively in urgent and emergent situations
• Support behavioral health, psych, and at-risk patient care with a strong focus on safety and monitoring
• Assist with procedural sedation and other common ED interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, EMTs, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Educate and communicate with patients and families in a clear, supportive, and professional manner
• Maintain a proactive approach to anticipating patient and unit needs throughout the shift
