Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required, preferably in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond quickly in high-acuity and emergent situations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Current clinical competencies relevant to emergency nursing, triage, and bedside patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with urgent, emergent, and complex medical conditions
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring in a busy emergency department
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient, high-quality patient care
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused environment in a fast-paced ER setting
