• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 - $1,960

• Setting: Med/Surg / Rehabilitation-focused care

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience in Med/Surg nursing or a related acute care setting
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
• Experience supporting patient education, discharge planning, and safe care practices

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the required timeframe and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
• Support patient and family education based on identified healthcare needs and discharge goals
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time in the medical record
• Communicate changes in patient status to the appropriate care providers to support continuity of care
• Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and ongoing care planning
• Assist with discharge planning from admission and reinforce teaching throughout the stay
• Guide and support ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment for patients and staff
• Contribute to team collaboration, quality outcomes, and professional growth
