• Duration: 20 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Charting System: Epic required
• Schedule Type: Self-scheduling
• Setting: LDRP / Labor & Delivery with Mother-Baby support

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Current Registered Nurse license required
• Active certifications in NRP, AWHONN, and FHM required; BLS also accepted
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Comfortable floating between Labor, Triage, and postpartum Mother-Baby care
• Ability to care for postpartum couplets and support safe, efficient patient flow
• Strong clinical skills in obstetric assessment, fetal monitoring, and maternal-newborn care
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required
• Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care across Labor, Triage, Postpartum, and Mother-Baby assignments
• Care for labor patients, postpartum couplets, and newborns within the LDRP setting
• Monitor fetal and maternal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support vaginal deliveries, cesarean recovery, and postpartum care plans
• Educate and reassure patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other support teams to deliver safe care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit and facility protocols
• Participate in floating assignments based on unit needs and clinical experience
• Contribute to a positive, flexible team environment focused on quality outcomes
