Job Requirements

• Strong assessment, prioritization, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
• Completion of required onboarding, screening, and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Support patients and coordinate care with the broader nursing team
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physician orders accurately
