Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• NIHSS certification required
• Ability to work night shifts in a team-oriented, high-volume healthcare environment
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to adult patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to support safe patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support a patient ratio of approximately 5:1 during night shifts
• Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast-paced clinical support setting
