OR Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skill level in joint, neuro, orthopedics, and vascular procedures
• Broad surgical knowledge across general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Ability to work a variable schedule and participate in call coverage
• Comfortable supporting a busy, high-acuity surgical environment

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Support a wide range of surgical cases in the Operating Room
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient workflows
• Maintain strong attention to detail in a 1:1 patient care environment
• Prepare and manage surgical supplies, equipment, and room readiness as needed
• Deliver high-quality patient care while adapting to a dynamic surgical schedule
