• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,450 - $2,580
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Shift Pattern: Rotating schedule, including daytime and evening coverage
• Schedule Notes: Holiday coverage may be required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Experience supporting cardiac and telemetry patients preferred
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to telemetry and cardiac patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, efficiency, and strong communication skills
• Support holiday coverage and rotating shift needs as assigned
