• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050 - $2,150
• Weekend Coverage: No weekends
• Call: No call required
• Floating: May float to related procedural areas as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
• Procedural nursing, perioperative nursing, or pain management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with pre-op and post-op care, outpatient surgery, or ambulatory care workflows
• ACLS and BLS required
• Epic charting experience required
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment with adult and geriatric patients
• Comfort with moderate sedation and procedural nursing support preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients receiving pain management services
• Support pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care, including monitoring and discharge teaching
• Assist with procedural workflows in treatment rooms and office-based care areas
• Monitor patients for safety, comfort, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient education accurately in Epic
• Maintain patient flow in a busy outpatient clinical setting
• Float to related procedural areas as needed based on unit needs
• Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient experience
